• Cash-for-Keys negotiation and delivery
• Tenant coordination (if property is rented)
• Initial trash-out of abandoned properties
• Initial cleaning of vacant properties
• Repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
• Periodic inspection, inside and out, of vacant properties
• External inspections for tenant-occupied properties
• Lawn care and maintenance, including:
  • Landscaping
  • Mowing
  • Leaf Removal
  • Snow Removal
  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Trash policing
• Propane and/or oil management
• Winterization and Dewinterization
• Reporting on EPA and other regulatory violations, at or near the property
• HOA and Condominium Association violation reporting
• Handling, reporting, and management of any emergencies
